Policies and Fees

Currently, I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, so it is helpful to check what your plan covers. If your insurance includes these benefits, I will provide you with the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement.

I adhere to state-specific protocols when prescribing controlled substances.

Fee Schedule:

Phone consultation ~15 minutes: Free
Initial Consultation ~ 90 minutes: $550
Follow up visit for medication management (~ 30 minutes): $250
Follow up visit for psychotherapy (~ 50 minutes): $375
